Email samantha@genghis.pro from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account and your personal data.
We delete personal data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, such as order records. The same route works if you only bought as a guest: write from the email address you used at checkout. A person on our team reads every request and answers by email.

How do I ask for deletion?
By email, in three steps.
- Write to samantha@genghis.pro from the email address of your account, or the one you used at checkout for a guest order.
- Ask us to delete your account and your personal data. This is your right to erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR.
- Watch your inbox, and the spam folder, for our reply.
What do you delete, and what do you keep?
We delete your personal data within 30 days and keep only what the law requires.
- Deleted: your account data and your marketing data.
- Kept: the order records the law requires us to keep, stored encrypted.
We do not store your wallet address or your payment details, so there is nothing of that kind to delete. Read what personal data Genghis collects.
What happens to my Genghis Points?
Your Points balance carries over for as long as your account is open. If you want to use your Points, spend them before you ask us to delete the account.
Can I just stop your marketing emails?
Yes: you can withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time by writing to samantha@genghis.pro.
What other rights do I have over my data?
You can also ask for a copy of your data, a correction, a restriction or your data in a structured format, or object to how we use it. We respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). The details are in the Genghis privacy policy. For anything else, read how to contact Genghis support, or start with what Genghis is.
Still stuck? Write to samantha@genghis.pro with your order number.
