How do I compare the price of a game key?
Put three numbers side by side on the same day: our price, the official store's price and the cost of sending your coin.
- Our price is in USD, on the product page and at checkout. Prices on Genghis are always in USD.
- The official store's price is on the game's page in that store, for example on Steam. Steam runs temporary promotions, so check it on the day you buy.
- The cost of sending depends on your coin and network, as the last question below explains.
What is the "Card value" on a key page?
A reference value in the listing's currency, not the price you pay.
Some key pages show a "Card value" and a "Face value" in EUR, BRL or another currency beside the USD price. That figure can sit far above or below the price, so compare only the USD price you pay.
Are your game keys always priced below Steam?
No, so check each game on the day you buy.

Which edition should I compare?
The same edition, with the same content, on both sides.
Our listing names the edition, such as Standard, Deluxe or Complete Edition, and the game's page in the official store lists what each edition includes. A larger edition is not always priced higher on our site than a smaller one, so look at every edition we list before you choose.
Why does the region matter for the price?
A key works only on accounts in the countries its product page lists, so a key for another region is worth nothing to you.
Check the "Activates in" row against your account country before you pay. Many Steam listings carry a region in their name: 43 were named Europe on September 25, 2026. When our page stated the region correctly, a key that does not fit your account is not refunded, and a key you activated counts as used. How does the coin I pay with change the total?
