What personal data does Genghis collect?

Genghis collects your email address, your orders, your IP address and browser data, and analytics data that follows your cookie choices.

We do not store your payment details, your wallet address or ID documents at checkout, and we never sell your data. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to samantha@genghis.pro, and we respond within 30 days.

What data does Genghis collect, and why?

These, as listed in our privacy policy.

• Email address, and your name if you give it: to deliver your order, run your account and answer you.
• Order history: the products you bought, for delivery, refunds and support.
• IP address and browser information, collected automatically when you visit: for security and fraud prevention.
• Website interaction data from Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, X Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, subject to your cookie choices.
• Marketing emails: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

What does Genghis not collect?

Your payment details, your wallet address, and ID documents at checkout.

• Payments: NOWPayments processes them, and we do not share your email address with NOWPayments.
• Wallet addresses: processed by NOWPayments, not stored by Genghis.
• ID: No KYC at checkout: an email address is all we ask for. If you send ID for a purchase above the limits, we keep it only as long as the law requires and never use it for marketing. Read why Genghis might ask for your ID and the AML and purchase limits page.

Does Genghis sell or share my data?

We never sell or rent your data. The analytics and advertising tools above receive website data subject to your cookie choices, email providers deliver our emails under data processing agreements, and NOWPayments processes payments without your email address. The supplier who fulfills your order sees the product and the email for redemption, not your Genghis order history. Our public promises on data are in the Yassa.

How do I manage cookies?

Through your browser settings or our cookie consent tool. Turning off some cookies may affect how the site works.

What are my rights, and how do I use them?

Write to samantha@genghis.pro, and we respond within 30 days. You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Erasure is subject to what the law requires us to keep, such as order records. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
