How do I create an account, and what do I get?

Select "Sign in", then "Create an Account", and enter an email address and a password: your new account starts with 100 Genghis Points.

We ask for nothing else: no name, no date of birth, no wallet address, no document. The account keeps your order history, gives you a personal invite link and raises your purchase limits. Your Points become spendable once the account has $25 in completed orders, and they never expire.

How do I sign up?

In four steps, from any page of genghis.pro.

1. Select "Sign in" at the top right of the page, then "Create an Account". You can also go straight to the Genghis account creation page.
2. Enter your email address and choose a password.
3. Tick the newsletter box only if you want our news and product emails. It is optional.
4. Select "Create Account".

What do I get with an account?

Points, an order history, an invite link and higher limits.

• 100 Genghis Points when you create the account. 1 Point is worth $0.01 at checkout.
• More Points on your orders. Orders placed while signed in earn Points through territories and monthly missions on The Sovereign, the map on the Rewards page. Read how Genghis Points work, and how to spend them.
• An order history. The codes of orders you place while signed in stay there.
• A personal invite link. When a friend signs up through it and their purchases reach each step, you both earn Points. Read how Invite a friend works.
• Higher purchase limits: 5,000 USD in any 24 hours and 10,000 USD in any 30 days, against 500 USD and 2,000 USD without an account. See the AML and purchase limits policy.

When can I spend my first 100 Points?

Once your account has $25 in completed orders. From then on, you drag the Points slider at checkout on any order and choose how much to spend.

Do I have to verify my identity?

No: an account takes an email address and a password, nothing else. No KYC at checkout: an email address is all we ask for.

I already bought as a guest. Will those orders appear?

No: a guest order stays a guest order, even when you sign up later with the same email address. Read whether you need an account to buy on Genghis.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Select "Forgot password?" on the sign in page and follow the steps there.
