How do I pay from the wallet app on my phone?

Tap "Open in wallet" on the payment screen: your wallet app opens with the transfer filled in, and you check it and confirm.

The button shows on phones and tablets only, and only for some coins and networks. Where there is no button, copy the address and the exact amount into your wallet app. Before you confirm, check that the network and the amount match the payment screen.

Which coins have the "Open in wallet" button?

The main ones, as of September 25, 2026. Other tokens can have it too: the payment screen shows the button whenever it exists.

• Bitcoin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin and Solana (SOL).
• USDT on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum One, Avalanche C-Chain and Solana.
• USDC on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum One, Optimism and Avalanche C-Chain.
• Ethereum (ETH) on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Base and Arbitrum.
• BNB on BNB Smart Chain, and Polygon (POL) on Polygon.

How do I pay with "Open in wallet"?

Four steps on the payment screen, the last stage of buying with crypto on Genghis.

1. Check that the coin and network are the ones your wallet holds.
2. Tap "Open in wallet" at the top: your wallet app opens with the transfer filled in.
3. Check the network, the address and the amount against the payment screen, then confirm.
4. Return to the payment screen. Your code appears on screen as soon as the payment confirms on the network. We also email you a link to it.

What should I check in my wallet?

The network, the amount and the quote.

• Network: the one you picked at checkout. A transfer on the wrong network is lost.
• Amount: if your wallet or exchange charges a sending fee, choose "recipient gets the full amount" or add the fee on top, so the full amount arrives.
• Quote: "Quote expires in" counts down next to the amount. If it runs out, tap "Get a new quote": the address stays valid.

What if there is no "Open in wallet" button?

Copy the details by hand. Tap "Copy address" and "Copy amount", paste both into your wallet app and pick the same network. If the screen asks for a tag, add it with "Copy tag". With the payment screen open on a computer, you can scan its QR code instead.

My wallet sent it. What now?

Wait on the payment screen and keep the transaction ID (TxID) from your wallet. If nothing shows up, do not pay a second time: write to us.
