Your transaction ID (TxID) is in the details of the transfer: in your wallet's activity, or in your exchange's withdrawal history.
A TxID, also called a transaction hash, is the unique code a blockchain gives your transfer. It lets us find your payment on the network in one step, even without an order number. It is public, so sharing it is safe. Copy it in full and send it to samantha@genghis.pro with the email address you used at checkout.

What is a TxID?
A TxID is a long string of letters and numbers that identifies one transfer on one blockchain. Wallets and exchanges label it Transaction ID, TxID, Hash or Transaction hash. Anyone can look it up on a block explorer, a public website that shows every transaction on a network.
Where is the TxID in my wallet?
In the details of the outgoing transfer.
- Open your wallet's activity or transaction history.
- Tap the transfer you sent for your Genghis order.
- Look for Transaction ID, TxID or Hash, and copy the full string. If the wallet only offers a link to a block explorer, open it: the explorer page shows the TxID.
Where is the TxID on an exchange?
In your withdrawal history. Open the withdrawal you made for the order and look for TxID or Transaction hash in its details. An exchange shows the TxID only once it has sent the withdrawal to the network, so a withdrawal still processing has none yet. Read what to check when you pay from an exchange.
Can I see it on the Genghis payment screen?
Yes, while the payment screen is open in the browser tab where you paid. Once the screen sees your transfer, it shows "Transaction" with a short form of the ID, and a link to view it on a block explorer where one is available.
Why do you ask for it?
The TxID lets a person on our team find your payment and match it to your order. It is all we need from your wallet. Genghis never sees your wallet's private keys or seed phrase, so never send them to anyone who asks.
Read how the TxID helps when a payment is stuck on Pending, when crypto went to the wrong network, or when you have no order number.
