How do I redeem a Roblox gift card?

Open roblox.com/redeem in a web browser, log in, enter the code and click Redeem: the value arrives as Roblox Credit.

Roblox codes have no country lock: Roblox redeems them worldwide and converts the value to your account's currency (checked September 25, 2026). A browser on a computer or a phone works. The standard mobile app and consoles cannot redeem; the Roblox app on Samsung Galaxy devices is the only exception.

How do I redeem a Roblox code in a browser?

On Roblox's redeem page, logged in to the right account. Per Roblox's help pages (checked September 25, 2026):

1. Open roblox.com/redeem in any web browser, including your phone's.
2. Log in to the account that should get the value: Roblox adds it to whichever account is logged in.
3. Enter the PIN from your order and click Redeem. Redeem several cards one at a time.
4. Spend the Credit on the same page with Get Robux, or on Roblox Plus, launched April 30, 2026.

In the Samsung Galaxy app, the Redeem tile is on the More page.

Why does Roblox reject my code?

Usually a mistyped character or the wrong place to redeem, per Roblox's help pages.

• Similar characters: try 0 as O, 1 as I, 2 as Z, 5 as S, 6 as G or Q, and 8 as B.
• Wrong place: a code entered in the standard app or on a console fails.
• Already redeemed: the value may have gone to another account you use.
• Age: redeeming requires being 18 or older, or a parent or guardian's consent.

How do I check my Roblox Credit?

In a web browser, under the Redeem button on roblox.com/redeem or in Billing Settings (checked September 25, 2026). A card redeems in full, and Credit cannot move to another account. Other currencies convert at monthly XE.com rates, with no fee.

Does my account country matter on Roblox?

No: Roblox detects your account location automatically, from signals such as your IP address, and codes redeem worldwide. After a move the location updates over time; you can see it in Account Settings, under Account Info. What the country on a gift card means explains how brand rules differ.
