What does the Cities: Skylines II key include?

The standard game, as the Cities: Skylines II Steam key listing names it. Steam lists 30 DLC for the game and also sells a Starter Edition, with Bridges & Ports, Cloud Lounge FM and two Creator Packs, plus a Collection Bundle of 23 items (checked September 25, 2026). Can I play Cities: Skylines II on Steam Deck?

No: Valve rates it Unsupported on Steam Deck because SteamOS does not support the game (as of September 25, 2026). Plan on a Windows PC, the only system the store lists. Steam also lists single player, Steam Cloud and full controller support.

Do I need a Paradox account to play?

The store page lists none: the only extra step it names is accepting a third party EULA. Your Steam account is what the key attaches to.

Where does the Cities: Skylines II key work?

Worldwide: the product page reads "Global, any Steam account", so your store country does not matter for this key.

How do I activate the key with the Add a Game button?

Open the Steam app, click "+ Add a Game" at the bottom left of the window, then choose "Activate a Product on Steam".
