Can I add data to my eSIM?

No: Genghis does not top up an existing eSIM. When your data runs out, buy a new plan and keep the old eSIM installed.

Install the new eSIM on Wi-Fi, set it as your mobile data line and turn on data roaming for it. Never delete the old one: a deleted eSIM cannot be installed again.

How do I get more data?

With a second plan, installed next to the first one.

1. Buy a new plan for your destination in the eSIM catalog. Pick a bigger plan if you ran out early.
2. Install it on Wi-Fi, from the new email "Your eSIM for order [order number]" or your order page.
3. Set the new eSIM as your line for mobile data and turn on data roaming for it.
4. Keep the old eSIM on the phone.

Can I use two eSIMs on one phone?

On iPhone 13 and later, yes, and iPhones and Pixels use one line for mobile data at a time. Apple says so on its page on using two lines, and Google says only one SIM can be a Pixel's mobile data SIM (checked September 25, 2026).

Why keep the old eSIM?

Because a deleted eSIM cannot be installed again, even when the data runs out. Our refund policy adds: do not delete an eSIM while a problem is being checked.
