How does the Europe eSIM work?

The Europe eSIM is one data plan for 33 countries and territories, so you do not buy a new plan at every border.

Plans run from 1 GB for 7 days to 20 GB for 30 days, data only, and the days start at first connection. Websites see a US IP address wherever you are in Europe.

Which countries does the Europe eSIM cover?

These 33 countries and territories, as of September 25, 2026: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

That is the 27 EU members plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Gibraltar. The Europe eSIM page lists them under Coverage.

Which countries are not covered?

Turkey, Serbia, Albania, Andorra and Monaco. For Turkey, we sell a separate Turkey eSIM. See every country with its own plan.

Which country will websites see me in?

The United States. Your data leaves the network through a US gateway, so websites and apps see a US IP address wherever you are in Europe. Maps, messaging and browsing work as usual; a few banking or streaming apps may treat you as being in the US.

Should I pick the Europe plan or a country plan?

The Europe plan if you cross borders; a country plan if you stay in one country and want a European IP address. As of September 25, 2026, our single-country plans in Europe, such as Austria and Belgium, exit through a gateway in Europe, and each product page shows where.

How do I install and use it?
