Both windows are rolling, not calendar periods. One card is capped at 500 USD without an account and 2,000 USD with one, and you can buy up to 15 cards in any 24 hours. Above these limits, email samantha@genghis.pro before ordering. We may ask for ID before payment.

What are the purchase limits?
Five, as of September 25, 2026, all set out on the AML and purchase limits page.

Is there a daily or monthly spending limit?
Yes: the 24-hour and 30-day limits, which are rolling windows, not calendar days or months.
- What counts: every order that is paid or waiting for payment. An order you abandon before choosing a coin does not count.
- Without an account: we add up orders from the same email address or the same internet connection.
- With an account: we add up orders from the same account or its email address.
How do I get the higher limits?
Create a free account and sign in before you pay. An account takes an email address and a password, and no documents. Orders placed as a guest never move into an account you create later. Read whether you need an account to buy and how to create one.
Can I buy more than the limits?
Yes, case by case. Above these limits, email samantha@genghis.pro before ordering. We may ask for ID before payment, and you know what is possible before you pay, never after. Why does Genghis have purchase limits?
They are our own policy, set on a risk basis and in line with the wider gift card market. No law requires them of us, and we may raise, lower or remove them. No KYC at checkout: an email address is all we ask for. Read whether Genghis is legit and safe to use.
