You activate a prepaid card with its issuer, on the site or app named for your card, and some cards need no activation at all.
Genghis delivers card details, a claim link or a code; the issuer handles activation and may first ask for a local mobile number, an address or ID. No KYC at checkout: an email address is all we ask for. Purchase limits apply: see the AML policy.

Where do I activate my card?
On the issuer's own site or app, per its terms (checked September 25, 2026):

Skip americanexpress.com: American Express says the reward cards it runs there stopped working after September 1, 2025. For any other card, follow "How to redeem" on its product page.
Do voucher codes need activation?
No, most work straight away (checked September 25, 2026): enter the Neosurf, paysafecard or CASHlib code at the checkout of a site that accepts it. Bitsa and PCS vouchers reload a Bitsa or PCS card, and both issuers verify your ID first. Rewarble and Crypto Voucher codes are redeemed at rewarble.com/redeem and cryptovoucher.io/redeem-now. The claim page shows an error. What now?
Check that you copied the code or link exactly, then write to us with your order number and a screenshot of the error. Refunds within 30 days if a code fails at first redemption, arrives incomplete or never arrives, or our page showed the wrong region.
