My payment is stuck on 'Processing' or 'Pending'. What should I do?

Look up your transaction hash (TxID) on a block explorer: if it is unconfirmed, wait; if it confirmed and you have no code, write to us.

Your code appears on screen as soon as the payment confirms on the network. How long the confirmation takes depends on the coin. Until the network settles your transaction, nothing can be done on our side. If it confirmed but the order did not complete, a person on our team traces it and delivers the code or refunds you.

How do I check where my payment is?

Search your transaction hash on a block explorer, a public website that shows every transaction on a network.

1. Copy the TxID from your wallet or exchange. Read where to find your transaction ID.
2. Paste it into a block explorer for the network you sent on. If the payment screen is still open, it shows your transaction once it sees it, with a link to view it on an explorer where one is available.
3. Check the status (pending or confirmed), the address it went to, and the amount.

What if my transaction is still unconfirmed?

Wait until it confirms, or use replace-by-fee or cancel in your wallet if it offers them. Replace-by-fee resends the same transaction with a higher network fee. A transaction sent with a low fee can wait longer, and congestion can slow any network. Networks such as Solana and Tron confirm sooner than Bitcoin.

What if it confirmed but my order did not complete?

Write to samantha@genghis.pro with your order number and the TxID. A person on our team traces the payment and either delivers the code or refunds you. Most orders are delivered automatically; a small share is checked by hand before delivery.

What if less arrived than the amount shown?

The order does not complete on its own. This usually happens when an exchange or wallet takes its fee out of the amount you sent. Read what to do when your payment says partially paid.
