I made two payments. What happens to my order?

Two payments for two orders mean two deliveries; a second payment for the same order is handled by email, case by case.

Each payment address at checkout belongs to one order. If you placed two orders and paid both, each one is delivered on its own. If you paid the same order twice, write to samantha@genghis.pro with both transaction hashes (TxIDs) and the email address you used at checkout. A person on our team matches the payments and handles the extra one.

Did I pay two orders, or one order twice?

Look at the order numbers. Each order has its own number, shown in the subject of our emails, and its own one-time payment address. Two different numbers mean two orders. One order can still end up with two addresses if you switched to another currency after the first payment was already on its way.

What happens if I paid two orders?

Each order is delivered like any other. Your code appears on screen as soon as the payment confirms on the network. We also email you a link to it, once per order, so look for two emails. If one of them never arrives, read what to do when you paid but have no code.

What happens if I paid the same order twice?

We handle the extra payment by email, case by case. Send both TxIDs so we can see what arrived for the order. Read where to find your transaction ID.

What should I send you?

• both transaction hashes (TxIDs);
• the order number or numbers, if you have them (no order number? read how we find your order without it);
• the email address you used at checkout.

We reply within 24 hours on business days.

How do I avoid paying twice?

Wait for a pending transfer instead of sending another. If your wallet already sent a payment and you ask for a new quote or another currency, the payment screen warns you: "A transfer already on its way does not count toward it, so you could pay twice."
