The quote is the amount in your coin for your order; the countdown beside it shows how long it holds. When it runs out, the address stays valid and only the amount is out of date. The rate is not locked, so a late payment may no longer match the amount due: a person on our team checks it.

What does "Quote expires in" mean?
The countdown is the time left to send the amount shown. The payment screen shows "Send exactly" with the amount in your coin and, beside it, "Quote expires in" with a countdown. The quote holds for about 20 minutes, and the rate is not locked. Send the full amount before the countdown reaches zero.
What if the quote expired before I sent anything?
Get a new quote, then send. When the countdown ends, the label above the amount changes to "Amount, out of date" and a "Get a new quote" button appears beside it. Tap it, check the new amount, and send it to the address on screen.
What if I sent the payment after the quote expired?
Write to samantha@genghis.pro with your order number and the TxID, and do not send a second payment to make up a difference. A person on our team checks what arrived against the amount due. What if my connected wallet already sent the payment?
Do not ask for a new quote unless the transfer failed. If you paid by connecting your wallet and then ask for a new quote, the payment screen warns: "Your wallet already sent a payment for this order". Continue only if your wallet shows that the transfer failed.
How do I send in time from an exchange?
Start the withdrawal as soon as you have the address and amount. Exchanges process withdrawals on their own schedule, so the payment can reach the network later than from a wallet you control. Read what to check when you pay from an exchange.
