My payment says 'partially paid'. What do I do?

A partially paid order does not complete on its own: write to samantha@genghis.pro with your order number and TxID, and we sort it out by email.

Partially paid means less crypto reached the payment address than the amount shown. The usual cause is an exchange or wallet that took its sending fee out of the amount. Do not send a second payment. A person on our team checks what arrived and handles the rest with you by email, case by case.

Why did my payment arrive short?

Usually because a fee came out of the amount you sent.

• A withdrawal or sending fee. Some exchanges and wallets deduct their fee from the amount you enter, so less arrives than you typed.
• A late payment. The rate is not locked, so a payment sent after the quote expired may no longer match the amount due. Read what to do when the quote expired.
• A typed amount. A missing digit in a hand-typed amount changes what arrives.

What does the payment screen show?

If the payment screen is still open, it shows "Short by" with the missing amount in US dollars, and a button: "Write to us about this order". Under it you read: "Do not send a second payment. We can see what arrived and we will sort it out with you."

What should I send you?

Send what lets us match the payment to your order in one step.

• your order number, if you have it (no order number? read how we find your order without it);
• the transaction hash (TxID): see where to find your transaction ID;
• the email address you used at checkout;
• a screenshot of the payment screen, if you still have it open.

What if I sent more than the amount shown?

Write to us the same way, with your order number and TxID. A payment above the amount due is also handled by email, case by case.

How do I make sure the full amount arrives next time?

Make the fee come on top of the amount, never out of it.

• If your wallet or exchange charges a sending fee, choose "recipient gets the full amount" or add the fee on top, so the full amount arrives.
• Use "Copy amount" on the payment screen instead of typing the figure.
• Send before the "Quote expires in" countdown runs out.
