eBay is phasing out its gift cards, per eBay's gift card FAQ (checked September 25, 2026): cards already issued can still be added, redeemed and used, with a US eBay account and a US shipping address. Does eBay accept crypto?
No: eBay's checkout takes credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Klarna and PayPal, and no cryptocurrency, per eBay's help page on paying for items (checked September 25, 2026). An eBay gift card bought with crypto is how you spend crypto on eBay. eBay says its physical gift cards will not be restocked, but existing cards can still be added and used.
Which eBay gift cards can I buy on Genghis?
One, listed as eBay, from 5 to 500 USD as of September 25, 2026. The product page shows the current amounts and stock. Other store cards are in the retail gift card catalog.
Which country's eBay card should I buy?
The one we list, and only if your eBay account is registered in the US. eBay's gift card terms say the card is not redeemable outside the US or its territories, and redeeming it needs a US registered account and a US shipping address (checked September 25, 2026). If your eBay account is in another country, do not buy it: restrictions on your own account or region are not refunded when our page was correct.
How do I pay?

How do I redeem my eBay code?
Enter it at checkout on eBay.com, per eBay's gift card FAQ (checked September 25, 2026). Keep the code from your Genghis order at hand, then:
- Find your item on eBay.com and go to checkout, signed in to an eBay account registered in the US, with a US shipping address.
- In Gift cards and coupons, enter the redemption code and select Apply.
- Select Confirm and pay. Any remaining balance stays linked to your eBay account.
What limits does eBay set on gift cards?
eBay caps gift card redemption at 1,000 USD a day and 1,500 USD a calendar month, per its gift card terms (checked September 25, 2026). The cards do not expire. They cannot buy other gift cards, coupons, coins, paper money, virtual currency or bullion.
When do I get my eBay code?
Your code appears on screen as soon as the payment confirms on the network. We also email you a link to it, so you can open the code again later. How long the confirmation takes depends on the coin. Read how and when you get your code.
What if my eBay code doesn't work?
Check your eBay account first: the code redeems only on a US registered account with a US shipping address, within eBay's daily and monthly limits.
