Zalando's payment methods are cards, PayPal and Apple Pay, not crypto; a Zalando gift card paid for in crypto gets around that. Each card works only on the Zalando shop and app of its own country. You enter the card number at checkout, before you place the order, and the amount comes off the total.

How do I redeem a Zalando gift card?

In the gift card field at Zalando's checkout, before you order. Per Zalando's gift card help page and terms (checked September 25, 2026):

Shop on the Zalando site or app of the country your gift card was bought for.
At checkout, before you place the order, enter the gift card number in the voucher or gift card field.
Click Redeem. The amount is deducted from the order total.
Add more gift cards to the same order if you need to, up to the per purchase cap. A gift card cannot be applied after you order.

How long is a Zalando gift card valid?

Five years from the purchase date, under Zalando's Irish gift card terms (checked September 25, 2026). Validity and caps differ from one country shop to the next: the Irish terms allow several cards on one purchase up to EUR 200, the UK terms up to GBP 170. Zalando's UK terms add that a gift card cannot buy another Zalando Gift Card, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is not refunded if lost or damaged.

When do I get my Zalando code?

Your code appears on screen as soon as the payment confirms on the network. We also email you a link to it. How long the confirmation takes depends on the coin. Check the country shop and the per purchase cap, then write to us. A card for another country's shop is refused, and gift cards combined on one order are capped (EUR 200 under the Irish terms).
