We pay your refund 1 to 3 business days after we approve it; a crypto refund then needs to confirm on the network.
Before we can approve and pay it, we need your choice: USDT or USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) with your address, or Genghis Points. The 1 to 3 business days count from approval, not from your first email. If they have passed, reply in the same email thread.

When do the 1 to 3 business days start?
On the day we approve the refund. Before that, a person on our team checks your request against the refund rules. Read when a refund is possible and in which coin it is paid.
What do you need from me before approval?
How you want to receive the money, sent from the email address you ordered with.
- Crypto: the coin (USDT or USDC), the network (Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain), and your address on that network. Double-check the network: the refund goes out on the one you name.

Why hasn't my crypto refund shown up yet?
A crypto refund has to confirm on the network after we send it, and confirmation times vary with network conditions. Check your wallet on the network you chose, not on another one. The full terms are in the refund policy.
My refund is late. What should I do?
Reply in the email thread where we approved it, with your order number. Say which coin, network and address you gave, so we can check the payout. We reply within 24 hours on business days. For every way to reach us, read how to contact support.
