Why is a network greyed out at checkout?

A network is greyed out when your order total is below that network's minimum: pick another network or coin, or add to your order.

Each network at checkout has its own minimum order amount. When your order is below it, the network card cannot be selected and shows "Min." with the minimum in US dollars. Other networks for the same coin may accept your order as it is, so check the rest of the list before you change anything.

What does "Min." on a network card mean?

"Min." is the smallest order total that network accepts at checkout, in US dollars. When a coin has only one network, the coin itself is greyed out in the list of coins, with the same "Min." line.

What can I do instead?

• Pick another network for the same coin, if your wallet or exchange can send on it. The screen reminds you why this matters: "Pick the network your wallet sends from: a transfer on the wrong network is lost."
• Choose another coin. "Back to all currencies" takes you back to the full list.
• Add to your order. If "Edit order" shows above your order, use it to go back to checkout and add another product or a higher value.

Never pick a network only because it is available. Crypto sent on a network other than the one you picked can be lost: read what happens when you send on the wrong network.

Is the minimum the same as a network cost?

No. A network cost is a fee added to your order on two options only, as of September 25, 2026: USDT on Tron ($3.53) and Monero ($2.35). The card shows it as, for example, "+$3.53 network cost". A minimum adds nothing to your order: it only decides whether you can pick that network. Read how network fees affect your payment.
