Check that the exchange sends on the same network you picked at checkout, and that its withdrawal fee does not come out of the amount.
Getting either wrong causes trouble: a transfer on the wrong network can be lost, and a fee taken from the amount leaves the order partially paid. Then add the memo or tag if your coin needs one, and send before the quote expires, because exchanges process withdrawals on their own schedule.

Which network should I pick on the exchange?
The same network you chose at checkout. Any exchange that can send your coin on that network works, so check first that yours offers it. Exchanges often label Tron, Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain as TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20. Addresses on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon and similar networks all start with 0x, so the address alone does not tell you the network. Read what happens when you send on the wrong network.
How do I handle the withdrawal fee?
Make sure the full amount arrives. As the payment screen says, if your wallet or exchange charges a sending fee, choose "recipient gets the full amount" or add the fee on top, so the full amount arrives. Use "Copy amount" rather than typing the figure. If less arrives, read what to do when your payment says partially paid.
Does my coin need a memo or tag?
Only four coins do, as of September 25, 2026: XRP, Sei, Terra and Terra Classic. Exchanges call the field memo, tag or destination tag. Paste the tag from the payment screen into that field, and the address into the address field. A deposit sent without the tag cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. What if the withdrawal takes a while?
Allow for it before the quote runs out. Exchanges process withdrawals on their own schedule, so the payment can reach the network later than from a wallet you control. Start the withdrawal as soon as you have the address and amount. If the quote expires before you send, tap "Get a new quote". Read what to do when the quote expired.
What should I keep after I withdraw?
The TxID from your withdrawal history. It is what we need to find your payment if anything goes wrong. Read where to find your transaction ID.
