What can I buy on Genghis?

Digital products you would otherwise pay for with a card or a bank transfer. Every product is digital, so nothing ships.

• Gift cards for shopping, food, travel, apps and entertainment, such as Amazon gift cards and Apple gift cards.
• Gaming: game keys and gaming gift cards, such as Steam gift cards and PlayStation gift cards.
• Prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards: see the prepaid cards catalog.
• Mobile top-ups and streaming and subscription credits.
• eSIM data plans for travel, described below.

Gift cards are region-locked by the brand: an Amazon US card redeems on amazon.com, an Amazon DE card on amazon.de. Each product page lists the country or region where the code works, so match it to the country of your account.

Who runs Genghis?

Genghis Ltd, a UK company whose founder and CEO is Claudio Cuccovillo. Genghis Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16315448, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. The company is on the public Companies House register.

Genghis is accelerated by Algorand and Techstars. It went through the Algorand Foundation's ecosystem builder program and the Techstars and Cardano Founder Catalyst pre-accelerator. How do I pay with crypto?

At checkout you choose your coin and network, then send the exact amount shown to the address on screen. Any wallet or exchange that can send your coin on the network you pick works. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments, a third-party payment processor, and Genghis never custodies customer funds.

You see the full amount in your coin before you pay. It includes our exchange-rate margin. As of September 25, 2026, only USDT on Tron and Monero add a network cost, and the checkout shows it before you choose. If your wallet or exchange charges a sending fee, add it so the full amount arrives.

How do I get my code?

On screen and by email. Your code appears on screen as soon as the payment confirms on the network. We also email you a link to it. How long the confirmation takes depends on the coin. Most orders are delivered automatically; a small share is checked by hand before delivery.

Our emails come from samantha@genghis.pro. With an account, your codes also stay in your order history. We never send codes by SMS or to a crypto wallet. Read how and when you get your code.

Do I need an account or ID to buy?

No. No KYC at checkout: an email address is all we ask for. Guest checkout works on every product. Purchase limits apply: see the AML and purchase limits page. Some prepaid card issuers may ask for ID when you activate or load the card. That is the issuer's rule.

An account is optional. To open one, choose "Sign in", then "Create account", and enter an email address and a password. An account keeps your order history and earns Genghis Points. What are Genghis Points?

Genghis Points are rewards on orders you place while signed in to your account. 1 Point is worth $0.01 at checkout. You get 100 Points when you create an account. Does Genghis sell eSIMs?

Yes: eSIM data plans for 50 countries and a Europe-wide plan. The plans are data only, with no phone number. Your eSIM QR code appears on your order page and arrives by email once the payment confirms. An eSIM is refunded in full within 30 days if it has not been installed. Browse the eSIM catalog.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

A person on our team checks it, then delivers the code or refunds you. Refunds within 30 days if a code fails at first redemption, arrives incomplete or never arrives, or our page showed the wrong region. Refunds are paid in USDT or USDC (ERC-20 or BEP-20) or as Genghis Points, 1 to 3 business days after approval.

Why was Genghis built?

To make everyday crypto spending easy. In early 2025, Claudio held some crypto tokens and wanted to buy a PlayStation with them. He could not easily do it. Not because the money wasn't there. Because the rails weren't. Spending it on an ordinary console meant moving funds from wallet to exchange to euros to bank to retailer: four intermediaries, each able to flag, freeze, delay, or report.
