You choose a product, pick your coin and network at checkout, send the exact amount shown, and your code appears once the payment confirms.
Guest checkout works on every product, and an email address is all we ask for. The payment screen shows the address, a QR code, the exact amount and a countdown for the quote. Your code appears on screen as soon as the payment confirms on the network. We also email you a link to it.

What do I need before I start?
A wallet or exchange account that holds your coin, and an email address. Any wallet or exchange that can send your coin on the network you pick works. You need no bank card and no account. No KYC at checkout: an email address is all we ask for. Purchase limits apply: see the AML and purchase limits page.
How do I pay, step by step?
Eight steps, from product page to code.
- Pick your product and its value. The product page says where the code works, so match it to the country of your account.
- Add it to the cart, go to checkout and enter the email address where we send your code. To earn Points, sign in before you pay.
- Choose your coin. The payment screen opens on the most used coins. To find another, search by name, ticker or network, or show all currencies.
- Choose the network your wallet or exchange sends from. The screen asks which network you want and reminds you: "Pick the network your wallet sends from: a transfer on the wrong network is lost."
- Send exactly the amount shown to the address shown, by copying both or scanning the QR code. On a phone, "Open in wallet" opens the payment in your wallet app. On some networks you can also connect a browser wallet, or a wallet app through WalletConnect, and sign the payment there.
- If your wallet or exchange charges a sending fee, choose "recipient gets the full amount" or add the fee on top, so the full amount arrives.
- Send before the quote expires: the countdown next to the amount shows the time left. If it expires, the address stays valid and only the amount is out of date. Tap "Get a new quote" for the updated amount.
- Wait for the payment to confirm. Once the network sees your transfer, the payment screen shows the transaction. Your code appears on screen as soon as the payment confirms, and we email you a link to it.
Which network should I choose?
The one your coin is already on. Genghis cannot move a coin from one network to another for you. Many exchanges label networks by token standard, such as TRC20 for Tron, ERC20 for Ethereum and BEP20 for BNB Smart Chain.
- A network is greyed out: each network has a minimum order amount, and its card is greyed out when your order is below it. Pick another network or add to your order. Read why a network is greyed out at checkout.
- The card says "Needs a tag": XRP, Sei, Terra and Terra Classic need a memo or destination tag. The payment screen shows the tag with a "Copy tag" button, and you confirm you will include it before the address appears. A deposit sent without the tag cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. Read which coins need a memo or destination tag.
- Addresses that look alike: Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon and other networks use addresses that start with 0x. The address does not tell you the network: the network you select in your wallet does.
What does the price in crypto include?
The amount in your coin includes our exchange-rate margin, and you see it before you pay. As of September 25, 2026, a network cost is added only on USDT on Tron ($3.53) and on Monero ($2.35). The network card shows it, and the payment screen repeats it next to the amount. Your wallet or exchange may charge its own sending fee on any network. Read how network fees affect your crypto payment.
What happens if the quote expires?
The address stays valid, and only the amount is out of date. When the countdown ends, the payment screen marks the amount as out of date and offers "Get a new quote" with the updated amount. If you already sent the payment after the quote expired, do not send again: write to samantha@genghis.pro with the transaction hash (TxID). Read what to do when the quote expired before your payment arrived.
Where do I get my code?
On the payment screen, and by email. Your code appears on screen as soon as the payment confirms on the network. We also email you a link to it. As a guest, you see the code in the browser you paid from, and the email link works from any device.
A normal order sends two emails from samantha@genghis.pro, both with your order number in the subject:
- The receipt: "Your Genghis order [order number] is confirmed".
- The code email: "Your codes for order [order number]", with the link to your code. For an eSIM, the subject is "Your eSIM for order [order number]".
With an account, your codes also stay in your order history. We never send codes by SMS or to a crypto wallet. Your eSIM QR code appears on your order page and arrives by email once the payment confirms. Redeem a code on the brand's site or app with the steps on the product page. Read how and when you get your code.
Should I check out as a guest or with an account?
Either works on every product; an account adds order history and Genghis Points. Guest checkout needs only an email address. To create an account, choose "Sign in", then "Create account", and enter an email address and a password.
- Points only when signed in: Points are earned only on orders placed while you are signed in. 1 Point is worth $0.01 at checkout, and Points never expire. See how Genghis Points work.
- A guest order stays a guest order: creating an account later with the same email address does not move it into the account, so keep the email with the link. Read why an order does not show in your account.
- Higher limits with an account: purchase limits are higher with a free account, which needs only an email address. See the purchase limits.
What can go wrong, and what do I do?
Most problems come from the network, the amount or the email address, and each one has a fix. Never send a second payment to fix the first: write to us, and a person checks what arrived.
- Less arrived than the amount shown: the order does not complete on its own. Read what to do when your payment says partially paid.
- The payment is still pending: it has not confirmed on the network yet. Read what to do when a payment is stuck on processing.
- You sent on the wrong network: the funds can be lost. Write right away. Read what happens when crypto goes to the wrong network.
- You paid but see no code: check your spam folder and the email address you typed. Read what to do when you paid but have no code.
- NOWPayments says the payment is finished: that email confirms the payment only, not the delivery. Read what to do when NOWPayments says your payment is done.
- You pay from an exchange: check the network, the withdrawal fee and any tag first. Read what to check when paying from an exchange.
Write to samantha@genghis.pro with your order number and the transaction hash (TxID). We reply within 24 hours on business days. If your payment confirmed and the order did not complete, a person on our team traces it and delivers the code or refunds you.
