We can find your order without its number: send the email address you used at checkout and the transaction ID (TxID) of your payment.
Your order number is in the subject of both our order emails and on the payment screen. With no number, write to samantha@genghis.pro from your checkout email address and add one of these: the TxID, the NOWPayments payment ID, or the address you sent from with the amount and the time you sent it.

Where is my order number?
In the subject line of our emails, and on the payment screen after you pay.
- The receipt: "Your Genghis order [number] is confirmed".
- The code email: "Your codes for order [number]". For an eSIM: "Your eSIM for order [number]".
- The payment screen, if it is still open in the browser you paid from.
Both emails come from samantha@genghis.pro. If you have one of them, reply to it: the subject already carries your order number.
What can I send instead of the order number?
Your checkout email address plus one detail of the payment.
- The transaction ID (TxID), also called the transaction hash. Read where to find your transaction ID.
- The NOWPayments payment ID, if you have it. NOWPayments is the processor that handles our crypto payments. Read what the NOWPayments payment email means.
- If you have neither: the address you sent from, the coin and network, the amount, and the date and time you sent it.
Why do you ask for the TxID?
A TxID points to one payment on the blockchain, which lets us match it to your order and see whether it confirmed. Send it even when you do have the order number. If your payment confirmed and you still have no code, read what to do when you paid but have no code, or see how and when you get your code.
Still stuck? Write to samantha@genghis.pro with your transaction ID.
