Yes: the confirmation email is your receipt, and a second email with a link to your code follows once the code is issued.
A normal order sends two emails from samantha@genghis.pro: the receipt and the code email. The code email follows once your payment confirms and the code is issued, and the code also appears on the payment screen. If only the receipt came, check your spam folder, then whether your payment has confirmed.

Which emails should I get?
Two, and both carry your order number in the subject.
- The receipt: "Your Genghis order [number] is confirmed". It confirms the order and has no code inside.
- The code email: "Your codes for order [number]", with a link to your code. For an eSIM, the subject is "Your eSIM for order [number]".
An email from NOWPayments is a different thing. NOWPayments processes our crypto payments, and its email confirms the payment only. Read what the NOWPayments payment email means.
Only the receipt came. What should I check?
- Your spam or junk folder. Search for "Your codes for order".
- Your payment. Open the transaction in your wallet. If it is unconfirmed, the code has not been issued yet. Read how long delivery takes.
- The amount. If less than the amount due arrived, the order does not complete on its own. Read what a partially paid order means.
Some orders are also checked by a person before delivery. Read why an order goes under review.
When should I write to you?
When your payment has confirmed and the code email has not come. Reply to the receipt, since its subject already carries your order number, and add the transaction ID (TxID). A person on our team traces the payment. No receipt either? Read what to do when you paid but have no code, and how Genghis delivers your code for every place it can appear.
Still stuck? Write to samantha@genghis.pro with your order number.
