How long does delivery take after I pay?

Your code appears on screen as soon as your payment confirms on the network, and how long that takes depends on the coin and network.

Instant delivery starts when the network confirms your transaction, not when you press send. Each network needs its own confirmations, and congestion can slow any of them. We also email you a link to the code. Most orders are delivered automatically; a small share is checked by hand before delivery.

What does "instant delivery" mean?

Your code appears as soon as the network confirms your payment. The part that varies is the network: Solana and Tron, for example, confirm sooner than Bitcoin. A payment sent from an exchange can also reach the network later than one from a wallet you control, because exchanges process withdrawals on their own schedule. The site said instant. Why am I still waiting?

Check these four things, in order.

1. The transaction is still unconfirmed. Open it in your wallet or on a block explorer. No code can be issued until the network confirms it. Read what to do when a payment is stuck on Processing.
2. Less than the amount due arrived. If a fee came out of the amount you sent, the order does not complete on its own. Read what a partially paid order means.
3. A person is checking your order. Read why an order goes under review.
4. The card ran out after you paid. This is rare. Read what happens when a product runs out.

When should I write to you?

As soon as your wallet shows the transaction as confirmed and no code has appeared on screen or by email. Write to samantha@genghis.pro with the transaction ID (TxID) and the email address you used at checkout. A person on our team traces the payment and delivers the code or refunds you. Before you write, run through the checklist for a paid order with no code.
