A person on our team checks some orders before delivery, such as large orders or payments that need a closer look, and yours is one of them.
Most orders are delivered automatically; a small share is checked by hand before delivery. A review can follow a large order, an order above our purchase limits, or a payment that needs checking. Watch your inbox, spam folder included, for an email from samantha@genghis.pro, and reply in that thread if we ask for anything.

What can lead to a review?
- A large order. Big orders can be checked by a person before the code is issued.
- An order above the purchase limits. Above these limits, email samantha@genghis.pro before ordering. We may ask for ID before payment. The limits are on the AML and purchase limits page.
- A payment that needs checking before we can match it to your order.
How long does a review take?
We do not quote a time, because each check is different. If we need something from you, we ask by email. When the check is done, we deliver the code, or refund the order if we cannot deliver it.
What should I do while I wait?
- Check your inbox and spam folder for samantha@genghis.pro.
- If we ask a question, reply in the same thread, so the whole case stays in one place.
- Keep your transaction ID (TxID) at hand.
Not sure your order is under review at all? A code can also be late because the payment has not confirmed yet. Read how long delivery takes and what to do when you paid but have no code.
Can a review end in a refund?
Yes. If we refuse an order after payment, we refund it. Read how refunds are paid and in which coin, or see how Genghis delivers codes.
Still stuck? Write to samantha@genghis.pro with your order number.
