How do I buy gift cards with Dash?

What is Dash?

Dash is digital cash for payments, based on Bitcoin and launched on January 18, 2014, according to the Dash documentation. A second tier of network nodes, called masternodes, powers InstantSend, ChainLocks and a governance system that funds itself.

Which networks does Genghis accept for Dash?

The Dash network, and only that one, as of September 25, 2026. The checkout always shows the current list.

The coin row reads "DASH on Dash". Dash gets no "Open in wallet" or "Connect wallet" button, so the payment screen shows the address, the QR code and the amount for you to copy or scan.

How do I pay with Dash, step by step?

Seven steps, and InstantSend needs nothing from you.

1. Add what you want to buy to the cart, go to checkout and fill in the email address for your code.
2. Type DASH in the search box, or open "Show all currencies", and pick the row "DASH on Dash".
3. In your Dash wallet or exchange, paste the address from "Copy address", or scan the QR code, and enter exactly the amount shown.
4. Leave InstantSend to the network: it is attempted on every Dash transaction, so there is nothing to switch on.
5. If your wallet or exchange keeps its fee out of the amount, select "recipient gets the full amount" or add the fee on top.
6. Mind the "Quote expires in" timer. When it ends, the address remains valid, and "Get a new quote" refreshes the amount.
7. Wait for the payment to confirm. Your code appears on screen and we email you a link to it.

What should I check before I send DASH?

The address and the fee: speed is handled by the Dash network itself. These facts come from the Dash documentation (checked September 25, 2026).

• Dash addresses start with X. Standard addresses start with X, and script addresses start with 7. The Genghis payment address is one of these, so if what you pasted begins with anything else, copy it again.
• The fee is paid in DASH, by size. Dash fees depend on the size of the transaction, with 0.00001 DASH per kilobyte recommended. Keep a little DASH above the amount due so your wallet can add it.
• InstantSend is free and automatic. You do not choose it and you do not pay extra for it.
• From an exchange, pick the Dash network. Then check that the full amount due still arrives after the exchange's withdrawal fee. Read what to check when you pay from an exchange.

How long until I get my code?

Your code appears on screen as soon as the payment confirms on the network. We also email you a link to it. How long the confirmation takes depends on the coin. On the Dash network, InstantSend locks a transaction within about two seconds, and ChainLocks sign blocks as they are mined, according to the Dash documentation. Those are features of the network, not a delivery time for your order. Most orders are delivered automatically; a small share is checked by hand before delivery. What if something goes wrong with my Dash payment?

First, do not pay the order again. Email samantha@genghis.pro with the order number and the TxID from your Dash wallet, then check the page that fits: DASH sent on the wrong network, a Dash payment still showing "Pending", an order left "partially paid", or a quote that expired before the DASH reached us.

Can I get a refund in Dash?

No, Dash is not one of the refund coins. Refunds within 30 days if a code fails at first redemption, arrives incomplete or never arrives, or our page showed the wrong region.
