Copy your code from the payment screen if it is still open, then write to samantha@genghis.pro from your correct email address.
A typo in the email field is the most common cause of a missing code link. Write from the address you meant to use, and send the transaction ID (TxID) and the address you typed by mistake. A person on our team checks the payment and sends the link to your correct address.

Is my code still on the payment screen?
Yes, if that page is still open in the browser you paid from. The code appears there once the payment confirms, whatever email address you typed. Copy it and save it before you close the page. If you were signed in when you paid, the code also stays in your order history.
What should I send you?
Enough for us to match your payment to the order.
- the email address you typed at checkout, typo included;
- the transaction ID (TxID) from your wallet or exchange: read where to find your transaction ID;
- the order number, if you saw it on the payment screen.
Send it from your correct address. That is where the link goes.
What happens next?
A person on our team checks that the payment belongs to the order, then sends the link to the address you wrote from. If your payment has not confirmed yet, no code exists yet: read how long delivery takes.
How do I avoid this next time?
Check the email field before you pay, or sign in to an account first. With an account, your codes also stay in your order history. Read why a guest order does not show in an account, or see every way we deliver a code.
Still stuck? Write to samantha@genghis.pro with your order number.
